Agricultural Biotechnology Takes the Spotlight in Philippine House of Representatives

The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) in partnership with ISAAA Inc., the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and the House of Representatives of the Philippines successfully conducted the third leg of the 2023 USDA Biotech Outreach Program on August 8, 2023 in the Philippine Congress. The event aimed to promote sound science-based policies to support an enabling environment for the uptake of biotech innovations in the Philippines.
